Mental Health Intern

Welcome! I'm Jaeden! I am a transgender man and queer-identified Qualified Mental Health Professional who offers compassionate and effective therapy integrating Internal Family Systems, Person-Centered Therapy, and Relational Cultural Therapy. Together, we will identify and cultivate a compassionate relationship with the different dynamics within yourself, collaborate to identify your strengths, values, and goals, empowering you to navigate life's challenges with authenticity and resilience and create a therapeutic relationship that will serve as a safe and supportive space where you can explore and repair past relational hurts, cultivate deeper connections, and experience growth and healing. With a client-centered and strengths-based approach, I am committed to providing personalized and effective therapy tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or navigating life transitions, I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Oregon University. I will receive my Master's degree in Counseling from Lewis and Clark College in June 2024.
