Pain Management Program

WISH (Wellness, Integrity and Sustainable Health) is an integrated medical and behavioral health program designed to treat chronic pain through the use of non-opioid interventions.

Quest Center is committed to providing the best integrated behavioral and physical health services for our clients in the Portland Metro Area. Our pain management recovery programs involve relieving pain with various holistic health treatments that are chosen for a client’s specific needs.
