Free Services for BIPOC, Protesters and Front Line Activists

Quest Center would like to extend support to BIPOC individuals currently engaged in protest efforts by offering acupuncture and mental health therapy services.

As thousands marched on the streets of Portland to demand racial justice after the murder of George Floyd on May 5, 2020, Quest Center recognizes the depth of those experiences can create and reawaken harm and trauma, leading to both physical and emotional distress. Quest acknowledges that for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color these experiences are compounded by hundreds of years of racism, white supremacy, and systemic oppression.

Quest Center would like to extend support to BIPOC individuals currently engaged in protest efforts by offering acupuncture and mental health therapy services. As leading providers of trauma recovery services, Quest has the ability to connect by phone or video with a licensed mental health provider and separately, in-person with a Licensed Professional Acupuncturist.

This service is available immediately to BIPOC individuals, free of charge, and is designed to allow participants to meet with their provider quickly. The registration/intake process is simplified to allow scheduling to occur simultaneously.
