From a young age, Whisk developed an empathetic way of connecting with others, as a result of being a caretaker for her disabled mother. Growing up with that role reversal, she was faced with a challenging learning experience that in hind sight gifted her with the deepest gratitude for those who are unable to care for themselves physically, mentally, and financially. In 2014, she completed her Masters degree in Chinese Medicine and began her private practice, Wolf Crow Medicine. Whisk believes that stepping into someone’s life as they navigate their health needs and concerns is a profound privilege. She is particularly interested in using acupuncture to facilitate the natural process of healing and transformation to support emotional well-being, substance abuse, and pain management.
