Eli Pahl, LCSW, CADC III is the Quality Director for Mental Health and Addiction Medicine for Kaiser Northwest. Eli is a licensed clinical social worker in both Oregon and Washington and a Certified Addiction Counselor III in Oregon. Eli decided to become a social worker early in his undergraduate program, engaging in work with individuals affected by the AIDS crisis, domestic violence and poverty. His interest in joining the Quest Board are a strong commitment to support sustaining and building health delivery systems rooted in patient-centered care that promote health equity and address social determinants of health. Eli was raised in both the Pacific Coast and Midwest, received his Master’s degree in Social Work Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, riding bikes and completing jigsaw puzzles with his children, attempting NY Times crossword puzzles, and walks in the rain.
