Quest Clinic Status - 11/3/2020
Dear Quest Community,
Following the OHA's (Oregon Health Authority) re-opening guidelines, Quest Center has resumed limited on-site appointments at our Multnomah, Clackamas and Flanders locations. We are also currently open for individual acupuncture at all three clinics. Our current hours for on-site services at each clinic are:
Multnomah: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (phone and in-person)
Flanders: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Clackamas: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Our first priority is the health and safety of our community and our staff. As we move through this opening process, Quest Center is staying up to date on the state of the Covid-19 pandemic in Oregon. These procedures will be modified and updated based on the most recent health recommendations from the CDC (Center or Disease Control) and the OHA.
Please refer to our full list of opening procedures on our News Page, linked here.
If you have any questions or want to sign up for telehealth or on-site services, please call Quest at 503-238-5203 or visit our website at www.quest-center.org.
In health and wellness,
Dr. David Eisen,
Executive Director
Quest Center for Integrative Health
