Social Ballroom Dancing at Quest
6 Week Repeating Group | Wednesdays 1:00 pm | Via Zoom & In-person Room: 222
Open to all Quest clients as well as members of the community.
For over 30 years I have taught couples, individuals, children and groups to ballroom dance. I have taken beginners and turned them into comfortable and well rounded social dancers. They came to me because they wanted to learn a few steps, they stayed because they fell in love with dancing. The greatest compliment I receive from my students is when they smile and they gain a sense of ownership and accomplishment. Benefits of Dancing:
• Relax and de-stress
• Discover a new hobby
• Acquire additional grace and poise
• Surprise a special person with your skills
• Fun social activity
• Increase self & social confidence
• Make and meet new friends
• Physical and health benefits
